What exactly is Naviance?

Naviance is a web based college and career readiness programs. There are many resources and tools that you and your student can utilize to help prepare and equip you with needed knowledge about college and career requirements. EVHS provides each student with info on how to login and set up your password. You will need to use your student's login and password in order in to login.

What are some of the things you can do with Naviance?

- Going forward your student will use Naviance to register for their school classes.
- Naviance is also a college and career resource and planning tool if you want to explore more on colleges and careers. We encourage your student to take the online personality test in Naviance so they can get an idea of what careers align with his/her personality type.
- During the fall/winter timeframe various college campuses will come do visits and presentations at EVHS. Your student can see the schedule of all upcoming college visits and sign up online if he/ she are interested in learning more about that college. Click on the Colleges tab to see upcoming visits.
- You or your student can also research colleges to find out what the minimum requirements are to apply or what the typical GPA is for the student that gets admitted to that college.

What Clubs are available to join OR how do I start my own club?

There are many clubs available for student to join and participate in. If a student doesn't see a club that is of interest to him/her they can always try to start their own club, but must follow the proper protocol to start an official club. You can view club info Here.
